All reservations require at least 12 hours' notice to change or cancel, or simply call us. If a class isn't cancelled in time, one session is deducted from your package.所有预订均需提前 12 小时通知,或致电联系我们。如未在规定时间内取消,将正常扣除一节课时。

Start with a trial class. We'll help you find the right format and build a plan that fits your goals and body.建议先体验我们的课程,我们会帮您找到合适的形式,制定适合您目标与身体的计划。

Please tell us in advance. For safety, pregnant members don't join group classes — we recommend our prenatal or postnatal yoga and Pilates instead.请提前告知我们。为了安全,怀孕会员不参加团课——我们推荐孕期或产后瑜伽与普拉提课程。

Non-slip Pilates socks are required for safety and hygiene. Arrive 10 minutes early, and let us know any medical history or special needs beforehand.为了安全和卫生,必须穿普拉提防滑袜。请提前 10 分钟到达,并提前告知我们任何病史或特殊需求。

10-class group packs (Pilates / Yoga) are valid for three months. We recommend practising at least 2–3 times per week.十次团课(普拉提 / 瑜伽)三个月内有效。建议每周至少练习 2–3 次。
